State-owned enterprises are the backbones of national economy. To development theproductive forces of the socialist society and accomplish the industrialization andmodernization of our country, we must rely on and give play to the function of state-ownedenterprises. State-owned enterprises are facing increasingly fierce competition in the marketin the situation where economic globalization and technological progress continues toaccelerate. Therefore, state-owned enterprises steadily enhance the vitality and capacity toleverage and influence the economy. Ideological and political work is the traditionaladvantage of the Communist Party of China.
