The Study Of The New Follow Villager Role In Rural Governance

Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,with the in-depth development of the market economy,China’s rural social structure has undergone tremendous changes,and a diversified interest pattern has gradually formed.The traditional rural governance structure has become increasingly unable to adapt to this complex rural social structure of multiple interests.Introducing the power of New follow villager in the traditional rural governance pattern and promoting the modernization of rural governance is becoming the choice of more and more rural society.However,it is still a question that needs to be further studied for why New follow villager will be introduced into rural governance as an important force,and how it participates in rural governance,and ultimately what is the role and limitation of promoting good governance in rural areas.Focusing on these problems,this paper adopts a combination of empirical research and qualitative research.Through the participatory observation and semi-structured interviews of L Village in North Zhejiang,from the perspective of new follow villager,the new follow villager governance model from L Village in North Zhejiang Starting from the organizational structure of the"two sessions and three regiments" of innovation practice,it focuses on the internal mechanism and practical effectiveness of New follow villager involvement in rural governance.Using the elite theory and polycentric governance theory,the qualitative connotation and basic characteristics of New follow villager and the dynamic mechanism of participating in rural governance are qualitatively analyzed.Then through the empirical observation of the case village,the system analyzes the effectiveness of New follow villager’s involvement in rural governance,rural order,rural development and rural good governance.Of course,New follow villager governance,as a new"political invention",also faces the challenge of its own sustainable development and clannification risk.Finally,through the analysis and answer to these dilemmas,we try to find out a road to good governance in the countryside under the participation of New follow villager.Therefore,it can be said that New follow village’s involvement in the village power structure is an important measure to improve the rural governance structure and is of great significance for promoting the modernization of rural governance.But at the same time,we must also clearly understand that the risks that governance model innovation may bring,to prevent its functional alienation,ultimately increase the institutional supply in the process of rural governance and promote the modernization of rural governance.
