| Family is the constituent unit of society,which consists of thousands of families.Family harmony is the basis of social progress.In recent years,with the development of economy and the prosperity of society and culture,more and more family problems have been exposed to the world.The increase of such problems has caused certain obstacles to socialist construction.Proper handling of family problems is of immeasurable positive significance to the development of society.The emergence of domestic violence not only infringes the personal rights of individuals in the family,destroys the harmony and stability of the family,but also is not conducive to social unity and development.The prevention and resolution of domestic violence are influenced by social culture,law,public power and public awareness.At the decisive stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way,how to effectively control and reduce the occurrence of domestic violence,let more families regain warmth and harmony,avoid and prevent more familygenerated violence,and avoid the slow pace of socialist construction due to the impact of family problems should arouse the common concern and participation of all sectors of society.Intervention of domestic violence is a systematic project,which requires multiple agencies and organizations to intervene in their respective service and work fields,from the perspectives of legislative construction,changing social awareness,striving for public power intervention,establishing support networks,and advocating public opinion.In this case study,social workers use professional working knowledge,apply scientific professional concepts such as ecosystem theory,empowerment theory and superiority perspective,adopt case work methods such as interview,literature analysis and field investigation,and combine with the clients of shelters for women victims of domestic violence in Zibo City,taking into account the length of service and the professional ability of social workers,as well as community residents’ committees and shelters.Expectations,and then selected one of the victims of domestic violence women and their families as the case.According to the preliminary investigation and preliminary talks of this case,data are collected,goals and plans are formulated,and interventions are made.This paper records seven times of intervention and follow-up,covering the whole service process of establishing professional relationship with the client,inducing negative emotions,controlling or eliminating domestic violence,linking women who suffer from domestic violence,integrating resources,evaluating and reflecting on defects and shortcomings.Finally,the goal of empowerment and self-determination of women victims of domestic violence in this case has been achieved,the frequency of domestic violence has been reduced,and the negative emotions of witnesses of domestic violence have been alleviated.And in the process of case intervention,combined with literature analysis,field investigation and other methods,this paper analyzed the current situation of domestic violence in China,and its personal and social causes,and on this basis,put forward reasonable and effective countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem. |
