At present,China's aging problem is serious and the people's pension pressure is enormous.With the increasing miniaturization of the family structure,the traditional family pension system is difficult to meet the needs of today's elderly care services.Meanwhile,with the continuous development of the social economy and innovation of Internet science and technology,a new model “Internet + Home-based care services” have emerged.Wuhan,an important city in the central part of China,faces the situation of entering an aging society at an early stage,with a high degree and far exceeding the national average.The problem of old-age care in Wuhan needs to be solved urgently.In 2016,Wuhan was selected as one of the first pilot reforms for home-based care services.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the “Internet+Home-based care services” model in Wuhan.The author uses the literature research method,the field research method and the comparative research method,and under the guidance of Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,new public service theory,shared economic theory and other basic theories to discuss the development of the “Internet+ Home-based care services” model in Wuhan,and analyzes the problems and causes of the model in Wuhan.Based on absorbing the practical experience of the“Government-Guided” type in Xuhui District of Shanghai,the “precision supply and demand” type in Gulou District of Xuzhou City,and the “Internet + Home Care” model in the Haishu District of Ningbo,the countermeasures for the development of home-based services in Wuhan.under the background of “Internet+” are further carried out: government guidance and top-level design;demand precisely and supply efficiently;establish mechanisms and standardize management;build team and support by society,etc.
