Study On The Actuality,Problems And Countermeasures Of "Internet + Government Affairs" In Lianyungang City

"Internet +" is a new economic form that has a huge pulling effect on the national economy."Internet +" is already a national strategy."Internet +" has spread the past of innovation and entrepreneurship in the Internet field to all walks of life.It is a new engine for transforming traditional public services and industries,a new growth point for China's economic needs,and a core kinetic energy for transforming industries.In the "Internet +"environment,public services have found the direction of change and explored the need for pain points.It helps the government improve operational efficiency,provide convenient services to meet the needs of the public,and increase public participation in government governance.Public management seizes the "Internet +" east wind,will deepen the"distribution service" reform,and quickly transform the government's traditional governance model.This paper studies the construction of "Internet + Government Affairs" in Lianyungang City,using the literature research method,comparative research method,case analysis method and empirical research method.On the basis of analyzing the status quo and development trend of "Internet + Government Affairs" at home and abroad,through investigation and research,it is found that in the process of implementing "Internet +Government Affairs" in Lianyungang City,there are irregular online government affairs,repeated construction of government affairs platform,and difficulty in sharing government information.The main reasons for the analysis are the lack of Internet thinking,the irrational operation mechanism,the departmental information barriers,and the imperfect security system.By optimizing the re-engineering of online government affairs,coordinating the integration of government affairs platforms,sharing government affairs information,building a network information security system,and improving the supporting mechanisms,we can accelerate the realization of "Internet + Government Affairs" in Lianyungang City.This paper empirically explores the existing problems of "Internet + Government Affairs" in Lianyungang City and analyzes the causes and finds solutions.The innovation of this paper lies in the combination of Internet,cloud computing,big data and government services in the context of China's social transformation and "Internet+",to study the difficulties encountered in the construction of "Internet+ Government Affairs" in third-tier cities,and to break through the predicament The idea.I hope that the construction of"Internet + Government Affairs" in Lianyungang City will be taken as an entry point,and the city's government service construction will be upgraded to a new height.
