Current Situation,problems And Countermeasures Of "internet Government Service" In Huai’an City

In 2016,Premier Li Keqiang joined the "Internet" in the "government services",and proposed to implement the "Internet + government service" in China,so as to improve the work efficiency of government departments and provide convenience for residents and enterprises.Since then,Chinese government departments at all levels have begun to explore the mode of "Internet + government service".Under the background of continuous deepening reform,some achievements have been made in the construction of "Internet +government service" mode of Chinese government departments at some levels.However,at the same time,it is also necessary to pay attention to many problems in the process of building "Internet + government service" mode.Government departments at all levels need to,under the support of emerging information technology such as big data,5G and other information technology,combined with the actual situation of governments at all levels,to explore the "Internet + government service" mode in line with the local reality,so as to constantly improve the government’s governance ability and service level and build a service-oriented government.In order to better analyze the development of government services under the background of the Internet,this paper chose the huaian "Internet government service" construction as the research object,using literature method,case analysis on the construction of electronic government situation and problems,and referring to the city of "Internet government service" construction experience on the basis of the huai "Internet government service" countermeasures.It is hoped that the countermeasures proposed in this article can help Huai ’ an City to improve the construction and development level of "Internet government services".
