| The establishment and improvement of the socialist market economic system has promoted the progress of society and the transformation of government functions.It is of great significance for China to deepen the reform of administrative systems and establish a service-oriented government.The report of the 19 th CPC National Congress pointed out that deepening the reform of the administrative system is an important part of comprehensively deepening reform,and it has played a role in further improving the government’s functions and promoting social fairness and justice.Among them,improving the credibility of the government is crucial.The credibility of the government is mainly based on the public satisfaction about the behavior of local government.Therefore,it is necessary to improve and standardize behavior and system of government to provide public services.The local government is the specific representative of the central government in the local area and the bridge between the people and the central government.This special administrative structure determines that local government must not only keeps itself competent and strong,but also focus on the overall situation to realize the interests of the entire country and guarantee the stability of the entire society’s operation and development and the smooth progress of the reform.Satisfying the people is the end result of the "service-oriented government" providing public services.Therefore,when providing public services,local governments should be goal-oriented,satisfy the people,enhance public trust in the government,and receive endorsement and support of the people,thus enhance government credibility.After reviewing the collection of literature,investigation and research,and summing up research results of previous generations,this article creatively sums up the different levels of local government behavior and the different dimensions of local government credibility,and combines the existing measurement dimensions of public satisfaction,to build diagram of mutual influence relationship.Combining specific administrative services provided by Xinzhou Municipal Government,especially the administrative service level and citizen satisfaction level of the Xinzhou Municipal Service Center.Apply qualitative and quantitative research methods and focus on using statistical analysis software SPSS 17.0 to conduct descriptive statistical analysis,reliability analysis,validity analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis,and intermediary variable effect analysis with empirical data and explore the relationship between local government behavior,public satisfaction,and local government credibility from the perspective of government administrative services.Based on the analysis of survey data,the following conclusions are drawn: First,the three dimensions of local government behavior(subject professionalism,process transparency,and information reliability)all have a significant positive impact on public satisfaction.That is,the higher the degree of professionalism,the higher the degree of public satisfaction,and otherwise the lower;the higher the transparency of the process,the higher the degree of public satisfaction,and otherwise the lower;the higher the reliability of information,the higher the degree of public satisfaction,and otherwise the lower.Second,public satisfaction has a significant positive impact on the credibility of local governments.That is,the higher the degree of public satisfaction,the higher the credibility,and otherwise the lower.Third,public satisfaction has a mediating effect on the relationship between local government behavior and local government credibility.According to the conclusions of these empirical studies,this paper analyzes the causes objectively and rationally,proposes relevant policy recommendations in a targeted manner,and finally reviews the entire paper’s writing process,analyzes the inadequacies of this research,and expresses the outlook for the future. |
