Study On Fire Safety Management Of Rental Housing In Urban And Rural Fringe Of Ruian City

With the rapid economic growth and the acceleration of urbanization process in China,in the process of expanding the scope of the city to the countryside,there are many third types of functional areas--urban-rural fringe.Urban-rural fringe undertook the city’s functional evacuation,gathered a large number of labor-intensive enterprises,brought a large inflow of people at the same time brought a large number of rental housing.In recent years,the fire safety problem of rental houses in Ruian city has become a weak link in fire safety management.This paper takes Tangxia Town as an example to study the fire safety management of rental housing in urban-rural fringe,which is of reference significance to the fire safety management of rental housing in Ruian,and also has reference value to the fire safety management of rental housing in urban-rural fringe in other areas of China.This paper uses public governance theory,new public service theory,grid management theory,comprehensive use of empirical analysis,questionnaires,literature analysis and other research methods,analysis of Ruian City,urban-rural fringe rental housing fire safety management status,and Ruian City,urban-rural fringe of the industrial town-Tangxia Town as an example.The paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the fire safety management of rental housing in the urban fringe of Ruian.There are 6 chapters in this article.The first chapter is the introduction,which summarizes the research status at home and abroad and the research ideas,innovations and deficiencies of this paper.The second chapter expounds related concepts and theories.The third chapter analyzes the present situation of fire safety management of rental housing in Ruian city and discusses the existing problems.Chapter IV empirical analysis of Tangxia Town rental housing fire safety management experience and practices,and combined with the actual fire safety of Ruian urban-rural fringe rental housing in Chapter V proposed to Ruian urban-rural fringe rental housing fire safety management countermeasures.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and outlook.This paper holds that,as an important industrial town in the urban-rural fringe of Ruian City,Tangxia Town’s achievements in the fire safety management of rental houses can provide reference for the fire safety management of rental houses in the urban-rural fringe of Ruian City.It puts forward that the grid management of fire safety general subject of rental houses should be based on the perfection of the grid management of fire safety in the urban-rural fringe of Ruian City.The propaganda system,responsibility system,normalization regulation system and multi-level supervision system of the fire safety management of the rental housing in the urban-rural fringe will promote the fire safety management of the rental housing in the urban-rural fringe of Ruian city,and then promote social security and stability.
