Network Governance Under The Perspective Of Urban Pension In China The Study Of Reform Of The Supply Side

Pension career started late in our country,as well as the number of elderly population continues to accelerate,leading to people "old before getting rich" phenomenon further.Previous studies on pension issues have been proceeding from the supply side,and highlighting many problems has made it difficult to break through.Therefore,the supply-side reform in the economic field should be introduced into pension services.Networked governance is an important reference for addressing the supply of public goods.Old-age services are also applicable as part of public goods.The main theory is: in the longitudinal direction,the right to designate up under the structure,governance should also horizontal integration partners,establish lines of action,it is important to improve and enhance the responsibility of government performance in the new period.Under this new governance model,the government conducts public governance in a variety of partnerships and network structures composed of various collaborations and alliances to replace the traditional sense of relying on employees to complete governance.At the same time,in the practice of relieving old-age care issues,a number of new types of old-age care models have emerged,among which are innovative and successful old-age care models.Unlike traditional virtual nursing home pension model,combining the characteristics of a way of belonging to the community home care,such as nursing homes virtual Lanzhou City,the local pension ease the pressure,to the development of area-based,relying on advanced technology platform,forming A set of old-age care models that are suitable for them are continuously developed and improved.The advantages and disadvantages of this old-age care model are analyzed,and relevant suggestions are put forward for consideration and improvement.Through the combination of the basic theory and the status quo of urban elderly care in China,the basic concept of the networked governance model was used for reference.The current challenges faced by the urban aged care supply side in Chinawere analyzed and the virtual elderly care home in Chengguan District,Lanzhou City was used as an example.,Providing certain opinions for the reform of China’s current provision of pensions;covering innovation,technology,responsibility,talent,and cooperation,covering the establishment of a reform concept for the pension supply side,the construction of the system,the operation of the process,and follow-up supervision support It has a certain reference effect on alleviating the main problems of China’s current urban pension provision,and it is also relatively conducive to promotion.
