Since the beginning of the 21 st century,the Internet has developed rapidly,which has a tremendous impact on the style of people's living and working.“We media” as the product of extensive development of the Internet,which has also been a heaven-sent opportunity to development rapidly,is attracting more and more Internet users involved.Some traditional medias have also changed the mode of communication,and actively rely on the Internet,and through the use of “we media” to enhance their influences.On the platform of “we media”,people can freely express their views and opinions according to their own ideas and consciousness,and their personality has been fully released.Freedom of speech on the platform of “we media” has been amplified unlimitedly,but it also bought some network chaos.Rude words,wanton abuse and other acts happen frequently,which caused a very negative impact on the harmonious network environment.At this time,it is necessary to carry out legal rules of freedom of speech on “we media”.Based on the current development of the media and the social environment,I analyzed the background and significance of this paper,and introduced current situation of research on the field of freedom of speech at home and abroad.The logical structure and the focus of this paper are formed on the basis of a large number of the research situation at home and abroad.Some innovative analyses are carried out from the point of view of jurisprudence,and combined with actual cases.The first chapter,I introduced the concept and characteristics of “we media” and the concept of freedom of speech.On this basis,the characteristics of freedom of speech in the media time were analyzed.And thus lead to the second part of this paper,that is the value of the freedom of speech of “we media” and the legal boundaries.The third chapter,I analyzed and elaborated the reasons of the unreasonable use of the right of freedom of speech on the media platform.The fourth chapter,relevant laws and regulations on media freedom of speech was discussed from the aspects of constitution,laws and judicial interpretations and administrativeregulations and other fields,and some exciting problems in the guiding ideology of legislation,legal documents,efficiency,regulatory and legislative technical were discussed on the basis of the current situation of Chinese law.The fifth chapter,I put forward some suggestions to improve the legal system of freedom of speech in the media time according to the existing problems of the relevant laws about freedom of speech of we media.
