Since the appearance of the media,it provides a new way for the freedom of speech.It is the carrier of public voice and the media to participate in the management of social affairs.Also,it plays a positive role in promoting the construction of democracy and the rule of law and making up for the shortcomings of indirect democracy.However,the characteristics of openness,anonymity,and virtuality of We-Media make it more difficult to effectively regulate the freedom of speech.In addition,We-Media remarks are mixed,a lot of unchecked content or irrational behavior challenges bottom line of social moral,as well as We-Media speech infringement,We-Media environmental pollution,and other issues followed,makes it a great challenge to build a healthy and orderly We-Media space.Based on the background of We-Media,this paper makes a comprehensive study on the legal regulation of speech freedom in china,in order to protect the freedom of speech in the We-Media,at the same time,to better regulate the exercise of the right,solves the problems arising from the freedom of speech in the We-Media,and promotes the healthy and orderly development of the We-Media.This paper makes the protection of speech freedom from the We-Media as the core.Firstly,the legal analysis of the speech freedom in the We-Media as a starting point,clarifies the relevant concepts and characteristics of speech freedom from the We-Media,affirms its unique value and proposing the need for regulation from We-media freedom of speech.Secondly,in view of the deficiency of the current legal system method and put forward the existing problems of legal regulation of freedom of speech in China.Finally,compares with the legislative model and supervision system of the extraterritorial state regulation from the We-Media freedom of speech,From perfecting the legislative protection of media speech,and enhance the operability of the system of accountability for media misconduct,establish regulatory mechanism of the the We-Media freedom of speech,strengthen the construction of the We-Media industry and industry of self-regulation and other four aspects of improving China's media Freedom of speech of the legal regulation of the proposal.to ensure thefreedom of speech in the We-media to maximize its value.
