A Study On The Highly-educated Officer Training Of U.S. Army

With the continuous development of information technology,knowlege is playing an increasingly important role in leveling up ability and quality of a military officer.Several high-technology wars occured in recent years suggested that highly-educated military officers are playing a gradually obvious role and attached highest attention by main nations over the world.As a strong forces over the world,there is a set of system and content on highly-educated officer training of U.S.Army.Based on introducing related notions about highly-educated officer training of U.S.Army clearly,first,the thesis elaborated the theoretical basis and system design of highly-educated officer training of U.S.Army :ideas and theories foudation,regulatory system design,leadership system design and personnel system design.Then,discussed the target,principles and methods of highly-educated officer training of U.S.Army,and also described training object selectiong and cultication process.Finally,obtained enlightenment to our army:First,updating thinking and concept,reinforing the theoretical basis.Second,innovativing ways and means,broadening cultivating approach.Third,optimizing the allocation of resourse,and improving the cultivating efficiency.Forth,consummating top design,and optimizing support mechanism.This thesis systematically researched highly-educated officer training of U.S.Army,laid the theoretical foundation and provides reference for further deep study in this field.Meanwhile,it provides lessons for further cultivation of highly-educated officers with the characteristics of our army.
