The unemployment problem is the socio-economic problems have long plaguedthe world since the19th Century.Many Western scholars, on this issue from differentangles are given different interpretations and suggestions. Although China is still inthe primary stage of socialism, the developed market economy and Westerndeveloped countries, differences larger, but you can learn from the West ofunemployment theory to explain our country’s unemployment and resolving theunemployment problem. In this paper, based on the relevant data for generatingunemployment situation will do an objective analysis. In recent years, our countrymore and more university graduates have the employment problems. According to thedata, our country unemployment and the total population proportion is serious andmaladjusted, of which the vast majority of proportion are just leaving collegegraduates. Along with the employment pressure increase, many graduates choose tocontinue their studies, this is caused by the increasing number of graduate students,graduate students for future employment stress. Because the salary and workingenvironment and development space of differences, most college graduates leave thecampus later chose the southeast coastal area of area obtain employment, butrelatively remote from the Central Plains, but no one shows any interest in northwestarea, it has caused the imbalance of labor distribution. The southeast foreland laborexcess supply and central and northwest area labor supply shortage situation. In thispaper, the display analysis of the data obtained, leading to the highly educatedunemployed for many reasons. First of all college students own ability andqualifications do not match, often highly educated personnel in the workplace todemonstrate the phenomenon of lack of capacity. Secondly, the labor market for thehighly educated personnel demand there is structural disequilibrium, even theexistence of different kinds of discrimination. In solving the problem of unemployment, creating the employmentopportunity, our country should draw lessons from the experience of western, fromgovernment, enterprise, school and graduates’ multiple perspectives analysis, improvethe allocation efficiency of labor, government regulation, perfect the universitycampus employment mechanism, strengthen the employment guidance in universityfunding agencies support. At the same time, the government’s response to theeconomic underdeveloped regions of the labor for the corresponding subsidies,reduced due to regional differences and the gap of economic development broughtabout by the employment distribution imbalance. In addition, the government and theschools through the long-term and enterprises and other related social groups andstable cooperation, encourage and help college students start their own businesses, thegovernment, the market and the students’ own organic combination of" the Trinity",give full play to the advantages, reducing their regional differences, enlarge obtainemployment space, building good employment environment.
