Overseas Citizens’ Security And Interests Protection In The Process Of American Rise

The main melody of American history is expanding,from the mainland to overseas,which rising of the United States being the world power.Significantly the late nineteenth century to the end of world war Ⅱ was a critical period.Additionally,it’s an important stage in the gradual improvement of the American legal system.With the rising of the United States,a large number of American citizens went to overseas,the security and interests of American citizens are also threatened by all sides in the processing.This paper focuses on the period from the end of the 19 th century to the end of World War II,studying the safety and interests of overseas citizens,outlining the challenges,analyzing the main causes for the damage to the safety and interests,sorting out the the legal system protecting the safety of overseas citizens.Three cases were cited in this paper to analyzes the policy measures taken by the U.S.government protecting the safety and interests of overseas citizens.Although these measures have strong times characteristics,they still have reference significance.In recent years,China has transformed itself from a major capital importer into a large exporter of capital,projects and services.Large overseas groups demand more flexible and sound protection mechanisms.According to study the United States protection of overseas citizens’ security and interests,the mechanism of security and interests in our country should be strengthed from the legislation,mechanism construction,personnel training,military force overseas citizens to protect the overseas Chinese with their security and interests.
