Consular Protection Of Overseas Citizens Safety

As our nation become stronger and whealthier than before. These years, there are a great more Chinese people go abroad than before,so therebecome more and more work for our nation’s staff in consular protection to do. Meanwhile, the international situation is becoming more complex and diverse than ever before,it leads to a higher level of consular protetion.All this aims to provide a higher quality consular protetion for our citizens to avoid harm in foreign country.So the research of conular protection is meeting the demands at present. Thereare four chapters in this thesis. The first chapter is about the general content of the consular protection,including the concept, features, conditions and the overseas satety problems which our citizens are facing.The second chapter is about the consular protection of Chinese.The third chapter is about the study of the consular protection system of America to find out their advantages which our nation can use. And the last part point out the shortage of the consular protection systems in China and give some proposals.
