Study On Law Enforcement And Countermeasures Of Urban Management In Binzhou

In the long term development of society,along with the continuous development of our economic system and science and technology,the pace of urbanization is accelerating.The problem of urban management law enforcement is attracting more and more attention.After a period of development,China has made great progress in the law enforcement of urban management,but there are still some problems to be solved.In carrying out law enforcement activities,law enforcement officers have not rationalized the system mechanism,the law enforcement process is not standardized,the law enforcement behavior is more rude and so on.Therefore,in order to get a long-term and stable development of a city,the law enforcement work of urban management must also be carried out with the times to reform.This paper focuses on the analysis and research of urban management law enforcement in Binzhou,and finds out the existing problems,and puts forward suggestions on improvement of urban management law enforcement in Binzhou.The first part is introduction,mainly outlines the article overall research background,research purpose and meaning,and the current domestic and foreign various types of research ideas and research methods are analyzed.The second part elaborates the relevant theories of urban management law enforcement in Binzhou city,focusing on the basic problems of urban management law enforcement in theory.The third part is the research on the urban management law enforcement work in Binzhou city,analyzes the law enforcement agencies,the law enforcement methods and the existing deficiencies,and discovers the problems existing in the law enforcement.The fourth part is the current draw lessons from the successful experience of urban management law enforcement work,mainly is the study of the Chinese,Beijing,Hong Kong,Changzhou,Huangdao in the successful experiences in urban management law enforcement work and the United States,Japan,Singapore's experience.The fifth part to think how to optimize the problem of Binzhou city urban management enforcement,mainly studied to speed up the local legislation,promote the reform of law enforcement,strengthening law enforcement team construction,make full use of informatization technology and so on.The sixth part is the summary of the whole article.
