Study On Benefits Of Relocation And Poverty Alleviation In Guizhou Province

At this stage,poverty alleviation and development work is an important measure for China to realize the grand goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way.The relocation and relocation of poverty alleviation projects is an important policy for poverty alleviation and development.Due to the deep poverty in the country,the fragile ecological environment and the scarcity of natural resources,Guizhou Province is one of the provinces that began the pilot operation of the poverty alleviation and relocation project in China.What is the effect of the poverty alleviation relocation project in Guizhou Province? What kind of comprehensive benefits have been brought about in the process of poverty alleviation and relocation?In the future,what aspects should be paid attention to in the work of poverty alleviation and relocation?This paper draws on existing research results,sorts out the research direction,and clears the purpose of the research.It selects Rongjiang County,Congjiang County,Zunyi City and other places in Guizhou Province to conduct on-site interviews and questionnaire surveys,and recovers 739 valid questionnaires.Data processing and selection of relevant analysis methods were conducted to study the comprehensive benefits of relocation and poverty alleviation.Firstly the paper introduced the basic situation of resettlement and relocation in Guizhou Province,mainly including the implementation background and related policies and measures of the resettlement relocation of Guizhou Province,the relocation target and the resettlement mode;then the establishment of an index system for the relocation of poverty alleviation,using factor analysis methods and differences.Analytical methods is use to study the economic,social,and ecological benefits of resettlement relocation.Through analysis and evaluation,it was found that the poverty alleviation and relocation project in Guizhou Province achieved satisfactory results as a whole.In terms of economic benefits,living conditions and employment conditions have beengreatly improved,production conditions have not changed significantly;social benefits,social security,physical infrastructure,and social infrastructure have all improved to varying degrees,including social infrastructure.Need to continue to improve;ecological efficiency,the ecological environment of the land moved into a slight improvement.Finally,it summarizes and proposes further development of the relocation and relocation project for poverty alleviation.
