| Inner Mongolia has a vast territory and a large span between the eastern and western regions.It is also an autonomous region of ethnic minorities.The development of each league and city has its own characteristics.There are differences in the community correction work based on the actual situation in each region and it has comparative research value.Since the establishment of the Community Corrections Administration of our district in 2014,the various tasks have not yet fully started,and there are still many problems in comparison with the areas of community corrections at home and abroad.The authors have investigated and analyzed the statistics of community corrections in the past five years and the communities Analysis of the situation of correctional workers sentenced to punishment,analysis of the implementation of community corrections in different places,analysis of pre-trial investigation and assessment cases,allocation of staff of community corrections,analysis of the staffing situation of correctional management of main ethnic minorities and bilingual community,Inner Mongolia The problems in the implementation of regional community corrections and the analysis of the normative documents on community corrections in Inner Mongolia were analyzed.At present,the main problems of community correction work in our district are mainly focused on three aspects: the lack of staffing and professionalism of the social correction staff,the lack of pre-trial investigation and evaluation system,the low acceptance rate of assessment opinions,and the difficulties in implementation of remote corrections.The author believes that it is necessary to improve the current problems.The first is to improve the design of top-level systems in legislation and related links,because the vacancy in community rectification legislation has become the primary obstacle to the development of practical work in community corrections.Secondly,we must pay attention to the introduction of talents,and focus on cultivating the unit with a background in psychology and law. |
