The rapid development of the Internet brings both opportunities and challenges to the judicial process in China.From the Xu Ting case,Deng Yujiao case,Yao Jiaxin case,Li Tianyi case,Huugjilt case to 2017's hit case of "humiliating Mother murder",the parties involved in judicial cases,Media and public in cyberspace deduce more and more forms of public opinion confrontation and moral judgment.How to eliminate the negative impact of network public opinion on justice,how to better guide the judicial process of hot judicial cases network public opinion,how to build a benign interaction between the judiciary and the public,How to enhance the judicial credibility is an important subject of current research.Based on the analysis of the evolution and characteristics of public opinion in two hot cases,this paper summarizes and analyzes the current situation of network public opinion governance of judicial cases in China.Through summing up,this paper finds that although the governance of network public opinion of judicial cases has made some achievements at this stage,there are still problems and difficulties in each governance subject in the cooperative co-governance mode with the government as the leading factor.Looking back on the deep reasons,this paper finds that the concept of governance still needs to be further changed,the resultant force of multiple governance has not yet been effectively formed,and as a practical problem,the construction of judicial credibility and the cultivation of civil society still have a long way to go.Based on the theory of governance,the theory of social equity and justice,the theory of agenda setting,and based on the analysis of the present situation and reasons,this paper changes the concept of governance,forms the joint force of multiple governance,and strengthens the source governance.In order to improve the judicial ability,the author puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the network public opinion governance of judicial cases,that is,to build a multi-subject governance system with the government as the leading body,the media,the judiciary and the people participating together.What is more important is to return to the real society,from the cyberspace to the real society,to reconstruct the right to speak in the official public opinion field,to expand the channels of expression of citizens' demands in an orderly manner,and to build a just and democratic order of the rule of law.To realize the good governance of the network public opinion of judicial cases through the governance of the source and the good governance of the network public opinion of the judicial cases,to provide the strong support and the fundamental motive force for the reform in the field of democratic politics in our country.
