Research On The Establishment Of Zibo Linzi District Compulsory Education Institution

The establishment and allocation of compulsory education institutions are not only related to the professional honor and work interests of the staff group,but also to the long-term development and sustainable development of compulsory education.The concept of the establishment of compulsory education institutions is divided into two aspects,on the one hand,the institutional allocation of compulsory education,that is,the establishment of schools and internal institutions,on the other hand,the allocation of compulsory education.The research is mainly from the urban and rural primary and middle schools layout planning,the regional teacher resource allocation and the flow management,the staff establishment approval standard and so on to raise the local teaching level,transports more talented person for the country.This paper describes the present situation of the establishment of compulsory education institutions in Zibo Linzi District in Shandong Province from three aspects,such as the setting of primary and secondary schools in compulsory education,the quantity allocation of primary and secondary school teachers and the structure of primary and secondary schools in compulsory education,and the data is obtained by visiting and researching.In combination with Zibo Linzi District compulsory education institutions,it is found that the setting up of schools and internal institutions in compulsory schools is unreasonable,the supervision on the implementation of school compiling standards is not in place,the compilation of approved standards is unscientific,the post occupation is serious and cannot enter people,and the reasons for these problems are analyzed.Mainly lies in the current education authorities too much intervention,the establishment of the target is not clear,the lack of the establishment of regulatory mechanisms,management concepts lag behind,the establishment of the allocation of the evaluation of unscientific and other aspects,which seriously restricts the long-term development of compulsory education.Combined with domestic and foreign research experience,our current policy system and the actual situation of Zibo Linzi District compulsory education institutions,in the establishment of compulsory education institutions,it is necessary to set up schools and internal institutions rationally,improve the standard of compiling and teaching staff,and promote the system reform of "county management and school recruitment",the establishment of a multi-departmental salary growth linkage mechanism,the establishment of scientific and efficient system of evaluation of the Organization and other aspects of work.
