Study On Countermeasures Of Network Public Opinion Management In Zhuanghe

Along with the development of the Internet,especially the development of Internet technology,there are more and more different kinds of social space,the network platform,the rising popularity of social networks,mobile devices and fast Internet access,making the spread of network public opinion very quick.Public awareness have more participation to hot topics than before.Understanding the characteristics of network public opinion of the users can help the government to protect citizens,control bad situations,ensure the safety of the public,make the harmonious stable and enhance the efficiency of government service quality.This article conducts a research on the network public opinion management of local government in Zhuanghe from the perspective of management science.On the basis of the key elements to deconstruct the netizen network public opinion,this paper mainly uses the method of literature review,questionnaire survey,data analysis and theoretical way of inductive method to survey citizens of Zhuanghe,and design the questionnaire investigation to study o characteristics of Zhuanghe.The work involved in the network public opinion events summarized,comprehensive analysis of zhuanghe netizens’ network public opinion characteristics.First,on the basis of network public opinion in domestic and abroad research,I respectively study the network public opinion,the network public opinion subject age characteristics,analysis of their online time,zhuanghe network public opinion’ degree structure and zhuanghe network public opinion’ subject participation;Network public opinion object includes the type of the objects of network public opinion and zhuanghe netizens’ attention to topic events;Network public opinion carrier includes commonly used network carrier tools,the online community,the network news media,and characteristics of WeChat.Secondly,through the investigation and Study on subject,object and carrier of network public opinion characteristics of three aspects of analysis of network public opinion in Zhuanghe has the characteristics of diversification,which is decided by many factors,should correctly guide the direction of public opinion and it is conducive to social stability and unity.Finally,the thesis puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of network public opinion from the aspects of learning advanced experience,improving public opinion management mechanism and management method,improving the comprehensive public opinion service function,and strengthening the Internet public opinion emergency prevention and treatment system.In order to achieve the correct guidance and healthy development of network public opinion.Although this article focuses on the issues of zhuanghe network public opinion;But as the west-wing founder said: "how can,see one spot",the network public opinion phenomenon analyzed in the paper is common in other places as well as other domestic provinces and cities in liaoning province,therefore,thesis topic selection and illustrated the solution has a more general significance.
