Countermeasure Research On The Guidance Of Online Public Opinion In S District Of Shenyang City

As Internet technology becomes increasingly mature, the Internet has made rapid developments and it has become an indispensable part of people's lives which is gradually changing people's lives. Network public opinion comes into existence when a huge amount of Internet information changes into unified recognition because of stimulation of some sensitive events in reality.The network public opinion has become an important part in social public opinion. It influences everyone in Internet, meanwhile, it has a very important impact on the people in different aspects of social life. It can also promote democracy, strengthen democratic supervision and improve the scientific decision-making for the functions of the government. But at the same time, because the network is lagging behind the reality of the development of the network, it is also filled with a lot of false information. Network public opinion may be uncontrollable in the field of public opinion which is mixed with false information. It is not only easy to form crises of network public opinion but also it has massive effect on people's normal life and brings big challenges for the local government. The network public opinion guidance has become an essential way for the local government to resolve crises of network public opinion.This paper is based on the characteristics and the development of the network public opinion, learns from the relevant research results at home and abroad and is combined with the practice of S District of Shenyang. It has been found that there exists some problems and reasons for the guidance of network public opinion in S District of Shenyang. The paper puts forward some measures to improve these problems and provide help for the local government in the guidance of network of public opinion so that the government can be better to maintain social security and stability.
