Research On Cross Sectoral Cooperation Mechanism Of Price Supervision In Dandong

Because of the comprehensiveness and universality of the contents of price regulation,the supervision behavior has the characteristics of multisectoral,and it is impossible to be competent by a single administrative department;at the same time,the price regulation has the characteristics of intersecting and complexity,and it can not be solved by a law or policy.It requires cross departmental cooperation between relevant administrative departments,and requires relevant legislation and policies to infiltrate into other fields.However,this will inevitably touch on the vested interests of the relevant departments,leading to the mutual evasion of the departments and the low administrative efficiency.Under the background of the reform of the large part of the system,the coordination and cooperation between the administrative departments has become a major trend in deepening the reform of the administrative system.From the cooperation of emergency,it has gradually turned to the normal and extended range,which is beneficial to the administrative supervision.The cross sector cooperation is a new way of thinking and governance.In order to build a tolerant and multicultural administrative model,it will bring about subversive changes to the traditional price regulation model,including practical innovation,remolding of different scale departments,and various forms of capacity building activities.In this stage of the reform,many aspects of the overt cross sector cooperation mechanism of price supervision have not adapted to the development of reality.Therefore,we find and summarize the problems arising from the interdepartmental cooperation in the current price regulation,analyze its causes,put forward reasonable countermeasures,and improve the cooperation and cooperation efficiency among the price supervision departments.It is an important aspect of deepening the reform of China's administrative system.This article first defines the related concepts of Dandong municipal government price regulation cross sectoral cooperation,expounds the related theories.Secondly,through the investigation form of questionnaire on the field,the present situation of the cross department cooperation in price supervision and cooperation in Dandong municipal government,the willingness to participate in the cooperation of the internal personnel,and the interdepartmental cooperation process are carried out.The existence of the hindrance of the empirical study,the Dandong municipal government price supervision cross sector cooperation of the status of a more clear understanding,on this basis of the Dandong municipal government price supervision and cross sector cooperation limitations and the causes of the analysis.Finally,according to the status analysis and theoretical knowledge of the questionnaire survey,we put forward the corresponding countermeasures to improve the cross department cooperation of the Dandong municipal government price regulation.On this basis,we hope that the government should gradually pay attention to establishing and perfecting the cross sectoral cooperation mechanism in the process of system reform,and maximize the structural strength to realize the failure.Functional complement,action coordination and resource integration contribute to the same sector.
