Construction Method Of Auxiliary Platform For Police GIS Plan

Geographic Information system(GIS)has strong spatial data expression and spatial analysis ability,which is widely used in various industries.With the deepening of the information level of public security in our country,the police geographic information platform has become the indispensable tool in the modern police work.In the traditional police accident disposal and emergency work,it is difficult to integrate the information efficiently,besides,the planning and deployment of the action plan is often not accurate enough.Using computer to combine police service data with GIS function,building geographic information platform,realizing visual analysis and simulation exercise based on geographical information,can improve the efficiency of police work.Therefore,it is of practical significance to establish a police information assistance platform based on GIS to meet the information acquisition of key resources in police work and to provide decision assistance analysis for accident disposal.This paper mainly studies the method of setting up the auxiliary platform of police GIS,utilizing the development of web GIS technology and the realistic demand of public security work,realized the auxiliary platform of police GIS.The main work is as follows:1?This paper discusses the development situation of police geographic information platform at home and abroad and the excellent WebGIS platform development tool.According to the development principle and requirement analysis of GIS platform,it designs the architecture and function module of the platform,selects the suitable software and hardware development environment and data organization form,designs the corresponding field table for the accident information,and selects the ArcGIS API for Javascript development technology with REST style as the platform development tool for discussion and research.2?On the basis of the overall design of the platform,this paper builds the server network environment,publishes and manages the map service by using the ArcGIS Desktop development platform,and builds the platform with the development technology of ArcGIS API for Javascript,thus to realize the map tool module,police thematic resource module,accident management module,multi-path planning module and battle plan module.3?Besides,it constructs the common tools of GIS,such as map scaling,scale control,map measuring tool and hawk eye module to simulate the integration of special police resources with GIS platform as the business data layer,uses the database technology to realize the query and management of the platform accident information,and invokes the ArcGIS geographic analysis function to obtain the information of the special resources around the accident site and to plan the evacuation or rescue route.Moreover,it realizes the combat plan diagram module based on Geometry class and symbol in API development kit to draw rich and free graphics,forms the plan diagram on the map,and carries out the scheme deployment and simulation exercise of accident disposal.
