With the development of society,especially with the advent of the information society,the functions and mode of operation of the government are constantly changing.The development of government information is accompanied by the development of democratic politics.The government information disclosure can effectively promote the comprehensive utilization and rational allocation of government information resources,fully protect the citizens' right to know,safeguard the vital interests of citizens,and boost the service-oriented government construction,sunshine government and clean government.Therefore,we must fully understand the importance of government information disclosure and study and improve the system of government information disclosure in the process that our government is constantly changing its functions,changing the governance mode and trying to build a service-oriented government.May 1,2008,China officially opened the "People's Republic of China government information disclosure regulations." "Regulations" is China's first set by the national level of information disclosure legislation,its emergence is epoch-making significance,officially launched for administrative openness and enhance public participation in public administration reform.We will explore the governance concept of service-oriented government,make full use of the system platform of government information disclosure,combine the transformation of government functions and social management innovation,realize the benign interaction between government and citizens,and promote the openness and transparency of government activities and promote citizens The participation of political life,the protection of citizens' right to know,the right to express,the right to supervise,to boost the service-oriented government construction,owns crucial significance and value.This paper tries to use the method of theoretical analysis and empirical research to explore how to better play the role of government information disclosure.The article first elaborated the basic concept of the government information disclosure,the service government and the important significance of the government information disclosure to the service government construction.Taking the information disclosure of the Changzhou municipal government as an example,this paper analyzes the existence of the government information disclosure in the service-oriented government Problem,learn from the advanced experience of foreign government information disclosure,explore the effective measures of government information disclosure in China,and provide realistic basis for service-oriented government construction.
