The Study On Petition Letter Concerned Law Or Suit In China’s Prison System

China is at a critical period of social transformation now.With the change of society,various contradictions and disputes have become increasingly highlighted.Since the 18 th national congress of the communist party,our society is in a stable and harmonious state in general with the comprehensive deepening of the reform.However,there are still many problems in our society.The total number of the letter involving law and litigating keep going up is an outstanding performance.Although the petition work has received attention from all levels of leadership,the treatment of some typical cases involving law and litigating has received good response and social effects.With the efforts of the whole nation,the theory and method of the petition work have been further developed and innovated.New achievements have been made in the petition work.However,because of the complexity of the petition work.To deal with the challenges in the petition work,it affects the construction of socialist legal system in China.The prison system is an indispensable part of protecting people’s life and maintaining the normal life order.Therefore,proper handling the petition work of the prison system has great significance to the construction of socialist legal society with Chinese characteristics.This requires the prison system to constantly reform its work style,work content and institutional mechanism.To realize the goal of safeguarding the fundamental interests of the people.This paper uses the methods of literature search,comparative identification,(questionnaire,interview)investigation and case study to write.Complaint involving lawsuit system visits from set prison complaint involving lawsuit concept,analysis of visits working characteristics and reform direction of the current work of complaint involving lawsuit system in our country jail visits and the reform trend analysis,calculated the complaint involving lawsuit system in our country jail visits work experience and several enlightenment.Then to prison system in Jiangxi province as an example,a deep insight into the system in the current working situation,the correspondence and reception department work is facing difficulties,have achieved results,and summarizes the prison system in Jiangxi province law-related issues in the work of complaint involving lawsuit.Finally,several policy Suggestions are put forward to improve the work of complaint reporting related to law in China’s prison system.
