Public Security Organization Emergent Group Events Research On Emergency Treatment A Case Study Of "FuYou Village Event" Of Jinning

In the era of rapid social transformation,sudden mass incidents have become a focus of social concern as a signal of these social contradictions,they have many features such as increased in number,increased in scale,intense in behavior,inducing many trriger points,and covering a wide range of issues,strong confrontations.This article systematically combs and analyzes sudden mass incidents and tries to use contradictory analysis from the perspective of dialectical materialism,using the method of contradictory analysis to analyze the causes of sudden mass incidents from the perspective of Marxist philosophy and propose the solutions and countermeasures.With regard to illustrate the impact of sudden mass incidents on society and the countermeasures to solve it,the full article is mainly elaborated in four chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,including the significance of the research,the ideas of the research,the methods of the research,and domestic and foreign research status of sudden mass incidents.This review summarizes the current research on sudden mass incidents in the academic community.It mainly includes the studies of the definition of the core concept of sudden mass incidents,characteristics,types,causes,countermeasures and the impacts on society.The second chapter defines the relevant core concepts of sudden group events and analyzes the elements(people,events,things)of sudden group events.And illustrates the classification and stratification of sudden mass incidents in our country.Sudden mass incidents are mainly classified into three categories:(1)preserve rights type(2)social anger discharge type(3)social riot type.Furthermore,the author uses phase analysis to analyze the development process of sudden mass incidents in three stages.They are(1)the stage of appeal expression(2)the decisive stage of disposition(3)the aftermath stage.After having an overall understanding of the types and stages,summed up with the causes of sudden mass incidents:macroscopic reasons,mesopic reasons,and microscopic reasons.In the third chapter,the author uses the case analysis method to take the "Fuyou village incident" in Jinning District as an example.To illustrate the cause of the incident and the development process led to the incident.The fundamental reason of this incident is the struggle for interests,the local government,the enterprise,and the villagers are all pursuing the maximization of personal interests.At last,it analyzes and summarizes the successful experiences of public security authorities in dealing with "Fuyou village incident",and proposes the deficiencies and lessons to learn in the disposal process.The fourth chapter proposes some countermeasures for the public security authorities to deal with sudden mass incidents more e ciently.First of all,put the right role of the public security authority in handling sudden mass incidents.It is necessary to correctly understand and confront the public security authorities' dilemmas,predicaments,and di culties in dealing with sudden mass incidents.Then proposes the "use cautiously"principle of police forces principle during the disposal process.Finally,summed up with the countermeasures to e ectively curb unexpected sudden mass events.It is the purpose to write this article to provide advices and solutions for public security authorities in dealing with sudden mass incidents.
