The Construction Of Interactive Mechanism Between Government And Residents In Community Environmental Governance

With the acceleration of China’s modernization and urbanization,the social structure and system of the city have undergone continuous and profound changes successively.In the grass-roots management system after the system of unit system is loosened,the community gradually highlights the forward advantage of the most basic unit in the urban community.Under the background of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.,the main contradiction in our country’s society is outstanding for people’s good life.As the first living space of the people,community environmental governance is deeply concerned by the practice and academic research of the society.Community environmental governance,as a cross between community governance and environmental governance,is in fact studying environmental governance at the community level.As two key subjects in the field governance,the government and the residents have a great influence on the governance effect of the community environment,that providing reference for broader social governance and environmental governance.Therefore,it is of practical significance and academic value to study community environmental governance from the perspective of government and residents interaction.On the basis of a large amount of literature on community environmental governance,this paper summarizes the current situation of government’s unilateral behavior in community environmental governance and the lack of interaction between government and residents.From the perspective of the power relations between the government executive power and the residents’ autonomy,this paper expounds the operation logic of the government abandoning the residents in the community environmental governance,and proposes a solution to the interaction between government and residents through institutionalization and socialization.
