Research On Governance Model Of Old Community In Tangshan City Lunan District

According to the government’s dominant strength and degree of autonomy,the urban community governance model can be divided into government-led,government-driven and community-autonomous mixed-type and community-autonomous.At present,the governance mode of most old communities in Lunan District of Tangshan City is a government-led governance model.This model has obvious advantages,but at the same time there are more serious problems.The governance model is single,the neighborhood committee is administrative,the residents are not involved enough,and the community Lack of vitality,and old communities have congenital shortages such as poor infrastructure,lack of property,and poor environment.The current government-led community governance model is far from meeting the growing material and culture demands of the old community residents.Therefore,coordinating multiple social resources,stimulating the vitality of pluralistic society,and innovating residents’ participation mechanism are the key links in the innovation of community governance model.The government can improve the corresponding system design and policy constraints by playing the role of multiple forces,and further form a multi-subject and governance.A new model of community governance built and shared.This thesis uses literature research method,interview method,case analysis method and comparative analysis method to complete the research.The writer analyzes and integrates the current research background and significance domestic and abroad to sort out the theoretical basis needed to use,namely,governance theory,better governance,multi-center governance.The theory sorts out the related concepts about old community governance,and through literature collection and case analysis,finds the main reasons for the problems in the old community governance model in Lunan District of Tangshan City,by comparing the current foreign and other domestic old residential communities of good quality.Last the writer puts forward reasonable suggestions for the problems existing in the old district governance model of Lunan District,Tangshan City,effectively use the community resources of the old community,establish the old campus governance model with multi-subject participation,and promote the rational interaction between the government and the residents.To ease the tension between residents and property,and to form a new model of community governance in which multiple entities are co-governing,co-constructing and sharing,focusing on various government entities such as the government,the market,and residents.
