| With the acceleration of urbanization process,the people’s need for a better life is growing,and the public’s demands for the community environment of their own life are getting higher and higher.On the other hand,in order to provide a good living environment for the public,a large number of public facilities need to be built in succession.The public is self-evident to the needs of the adjacent facilities,and they all agree with the construction of the adjacent facilities,but assuming that the neighbourhood facilities are built near their own homes,the residents in the vicinity of the facility will be repulsive and do not welcome the construction of the adjacent facilities.If this situation is not placed in time,it may lead to the adjacent evades.From the point of view of a environmentalist,this paper combs the pollution type avoidance events which have great influence in China in recent years,and analyzes two cases of "Guangzhou passion waste incineration power generation project" and "Shanghai Jiading District garbage incineration power generation project",through the experience and practice of local governments in the cases,the public Whether the attitude and the waste incineration power generation project fell to the ground or not,from the government functions,public participation,stakeholders,public psychology and environmental justice,summarized the causes of the pollution type,and proposed that the construction of a perfect legal system,the improvement of the government information public system,the establishment and improvement of the public participation system,and the taste of the public participation system,and the taste of the public participation system.Try various ways to compensate and provide positive psychological counseling and other countermeasures to solve the pollution of the neighborhood. |
