With the rapid development of social economy,the function of fire fighting force is expanding constantly,and the task of fire fighting and rescue is getting worse,which brings great challenges to the fire fighting.How to help the fire officers and soldiers to better establish safe behavior,to ensure the successful completion of the fire fighting task has become a new problem.From the fire fighters themselves,it is necessary to have higher psychological energy to meet various challenges;From the fire work itself,it is required that firefighters have stronger working pressure adaptability;And family factors as an important factor should also receive more attention.A large number of empirical studies also show that a good balance between work and family and highly related to the level of employee safety behavior and fire officers and soldiers in mental energy and its work pressure also plays an important role in it.This study to work-family conflict on employee safety behavior as the starting point,the influence of the two variables into the psychological capital and work pressure,selected the shandong province as the subjects,1472 firefighters to work-family conflict scale,psychological capital scale,work stress scale,safety behavior scale for measuring tool for data collection,through SPSS 20.0 and AMOS20.0 data processing software using analysis of variance,correlation analysis,regression analysis and data analysis method of data processing,discusses the work-family conflict,psychological capital,the relationship between the work pressure and safety behavior,the following conclusions:(1)work-family conflict has a significant negative correlation with employee safety behavior and psychological capital,and work-family conflict can effectively predict employees' psychological capital and safe behaviors.(2)there is a significant positive correlation between employees' psychological capital and safe behaviors,which can effectively predict the staff.Work safety behavior.(3)psychological capital in work-family conflict and partial intermediary effect between employee safety behavior,work pressure at work-family conflict on the influence of psychological capital on safety behavior path adjustment effect.
