| With the continuous development of information technology,the working mode has also begun to change,people’s work is no longer limited to a specific time and place and employment relationship,according to their own needs to make different choices,that is,flexible working system has become a common phenomenon in all walks of life.Flexible working system refers to a working mode in which individuals can arrange work reasonably and flexibly according to their own needs,reduce work-family conflicts,form a warm sense of family atmosphere,and then improve their willingness to have children.In addition,flexible working is becoming more and more common in enterprises after the new crown epidemic,and how to increase the willingness of young people of childbearing age to have children in the post-epidemic context has become an urgent issue that the government needs to solve.Based on the above background,this study selected the fertility intention of young people of childbearing age as the research object,and explored the influence and mechanism of flexible work as an influencing factor.This study analyzes the influencing factors of fertility intention of Chinese young people of childbearing age in the post-epidemic era based on the theory of working-family boundary theory and resource conservation method,and studies the impact of flexible working system on childbearing age youth’s fertility intention in the current era,and introduces the preference of working-family division as a boundary condition to discuss on this basis.We found that:(1)flexible working system was negatively correlated with work-family conflict,and flexible working system was positively correlated with family economic pressure;(2)Work-family conflicts were negatively correlated with fertility intentions,and family economic pressure was negatively correlated with fertility intentions;(3)Work-family conflict plays a mediating role in the relationship between flexible working system and fertility willingness,and flexible working system mediates the relationship between fertility intention and family economic pressure;(4)Working family division preference positively regulates the relationship between work family conflict and fertility intention,and flexible work system positively regulates the negative relationship between family economic pressure and fertility intention through family economic pressure.This study expands the research on the fertility intention of schoolage young people in China,which is conducive to reflecting the emergence of flexible working system under the influence of specific social factors and its influence on fertility intention through work-family conflict and family economic pressure,which has certain theoretical and practical significance. |
