At present,our country is in a critical period of social transformation,with the constant development of market economy,accompanied by some social phenomenon of inequality,and the development of voluntary service can effectively make up for the defects and promote the interaction between different groups.The development of voluntary organizations plays a significant role in solving social problems,building a harmonious society and promoting the benign operation of society.Some volunteer organizations in China at the present stage of development met bottleneck.Studying volunteers incentive mechanism,analyzing the problems and proposing the corresponding countermeasure is good to improve the volunteer service activities,strengthen development of volunteers,to promote voluntary service to serve the people better.Therefore,it is necessary to study the incentive mechanism of volunteers.In the paper,through on-the-spot investigation,in the form of community,schools,government and enterprise in Hubei province,charity organizations,and other voluntary organizations as the research object,combined with the dual factors theory,understand the present situation of the voluntary organizations,the analysis in problems existing in the volunteer incentive mechanism and targeted optimization countermeasures.It is hope to promote healthy and orderly development of voluntary organizations.The paper is composed by five parts.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the research significance,research ideas and research methods.The second part is the concept definition and the basic theory.The third part analyzes the present situation of volunteer incentive mechanism based on two-factor theory,through literature analysis and field visit to collect information,from health care factors,incentive factors and incentive effects of three aspects are analyzed.The fourth part analyzes the problem,which is mainly the non-disclosure of health factors,including the non-standard of volunteer organization and the lack of government supervision.The incentive function is effective,including the ability of volunteers and low social recognition.The fifth part is the measure,including the health measures:the volunteer standard operation and the government strengthens the regulation;the incentive measures:volunteers-strengthen their ability training and form a favorable social environment conducive to the development of voluntary organizations.It is hoped that these strategies can improve the incentive mechanism of volunteers,so as to make the volunteer service more valuable.The motivation mechanism of volunteers is significant,but there are some deficiencies,such as insufficient volunteer ability and voluntary organization,which are not good for volunteers to provide better services.Perfect volunteer incentive mechanism based on two-factor theory,effective motivation factors and hygiene factors give attention to two or more things.Only both play a role,can attract more talents to participate in volunteer service,the development of volunteer team,improving the quality of volunteer activities,help build a harmonious society.
