| At present,there are about 1.25 million people aged 60 and over in Jinan,accounting for 20 percent of the total population of the city.This means that one in five citizens is over 60.According to projections,by 2020,This proportion will rise to 25.In such a severe aging situation,it is particularly important to actively take various measures to deal with it.According to the statistics of the Civil Affairs Bureau,more than 95 percent of the elderly people in Jinan are still keen to provide for the aged at home,plus,The traditional old-age model is constantly facing challenges,so it is inevitable to explore the new old-age model,while the intelligent home-based care is a new type of pension model,which serves the aged at home in the form of socialization and information,and its participants are diversified.The characteristics of the information of pension service make it more helpful to relieve the pressure of the aged in Jinan.Because the intelligent home-based care is still in the early stage of development in Jinan,so the research on it can promote its future development.Most of the existing researches focus on the design of intelligent pension system,the advantages of the pattern,the supporting system and the service content.And the angle is relatively macro,not specific to the demanders-the elderly to study the model.Based on the field investigation,empirical analysis of the impact of Jinan urban residents intelligent home-based care participation behavior factors,This model is studied from the perspective of the elderly,thus providing a new perspective for the study of the new pension model.Based on the review of relevant literature at home and abroad,this study defines the concepts of home pension,intelligent home-based care and participation behavior.And explained the relevant theoretical basis.Then described the overall development of smart home pension in Jinan and the specific participation of residents.Then,combined with the survey data,By using the statistical software SPSS,this paper makes an empirical analysis on the influencing factors of the intelligent home-based care participation behavior of the urban residents in Jinan,combining with the data analysis,as well as the current situation of the development of the intelligent home-based care and the residents’ participation inJinan.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the enthusiasm of Jinan city residents.Although the model has achieved initial results in management and operation,system operation and service content,its development is still in its infancy,and the participation of the residents has not reached 100.At the same time,through data analysis,we have obtained the gender and health status.The five factors,including daily life care needs,spiritual and cultural needs,and the level of understanding of intelligent home care for the aged,have significant effects on the participation behavior of the elderly,based on the study of the factors affecting the participation status and behavior of the residents.The author believes that the community organizations and service functions should be strengthened by strengthening the supervision and management of the government and financial support,and strengthening the construction of talents.Improving service pertinence is a series of measures to perfect the model of intelligent home-based care and further improve residents’ enthusiasm for participation. |
