Community Home Care Services Based On Internet

According to the data of the Changsha Bureau of information and Statistics,it had officially entered into the aging society in 1992.In 2016,the population aged 60 and above in Changsha was 1.31million,accounting for 17.2%of its total population,and up 0.5%than the national average.The pattern of population aging is very grim.With the weakening of the family endowment function and the shortage of pension agency resources,the government has begun to promote community home care services for the aged in order to meet the needs of the elderly.Due to the time of community home care services for the aged started late,its function was not perfect.In order to improve the supply,the government actively introduces internet technology and hopes that the imbalance of supply and demand of community home care services for the aged can be improved.This study mainly contains five parts.The first chapter mainly analyzes the background of the country and the regional background of Changsha,and then analyzes the current situation of community home care services based on internet in China and abroad,determining the research ideas and methods.The second chapter mainly summarizes the related concepts and theories,and lays the conceptual and theoretical foundation.The third chapter mainly takes N community as an example,using the questionnaire survey method and interview method,and analyzes the current situation of community home care services.The fourth chapter mainly analyzes problems and causes of community home care services based on internet.The fifth chapter are mainly writes about the countermeasures of community home care services based on internet.The conclusion part mainly summarizes the viewpoint of this paper.Based on problems and causes of community home care services based on internet,this study mainly put forward the following countermeasures and suggestions:accelerating the community of information platform,improving the service capacity,strengthening the professional training and improving the evaluation and supervision mechanism.
