The Research And Realization Of The Personnel Relation Structure Diagram In The Public Security Anti-Terrorism Platform

To fight terrorists and maintain social harmony and security is one of the central tasks of the public security department.With the rapid development of the Internet,the links between terrorists are getting tighter and become more and more concealment,information of terrorists is increasingly complex.One of the core and key points of counterterrorism work is to dig out the potential terrorists in the region and take control and do well in the region counter terr-orism prevention work-This article starts off the perspective of social network analysis,selects the automatic reset fast ring tree data acquisition algorithm,choose to construct a personnel relationship structure diagram,through different matching conditions,pay attention to the crowd that need to concern to narrow down the scope of target population.to convenient for the public security organ to control the su-spicious personnel.The research object of social network analysis is the relati-on between personnel,so choosing the appropriate matching condition(personn-el relate)is one of the key points in this paper.Combine the actual requireme-nts of the project,this paper based on the strong ties choose the same househ-old registration and clues to the same,and based on the weak ties choose the same going out and stay in the same place together act as the matching cond-itions.These four matching conditions,the same household registration and clu-es to the same used for seeking people who is in close contact with the curre-nt staff,the same going out and stay in the same place together is possible to dig out hidden hard-to-find connections between the crowd that need to con-cern and key personnel.In order to solve the problem of convergence of the figure,combine with investigation results and pro.ject requirements,we assume that the current personnel have not been to the province and the algorithm app-ears loop and the current personnel has been added as a condition to terminat-e the data acquisition algorithm.The main requirements of the data acquisition algorithm are analyzed,and the generation speed and convergence of the staff relation structure graph are used as the performance evaluation indexes,then collating the data to verify the rationality and validity of the algorithm.During my postgraduate study,I participated in the construction of anti-ter-rorism platform of a provincial public security department,and finally realized the specific application of the personnel relationship structure chart in the platf-orm.In "key control" function,through the personnel relationship chart,you can dig up the potential for fear of suspicious personnel,especially some hidden and difficult to find,and carries on the control.In "position control" function,through to the chart of staff travel trajectory analysis and communication,can judge the behavior purpose,for the possibility of critical activities and place in anticipation.In the function of "clues verification",the author analyzes and ana-lyzes the various information of the personnel in the structure diagram,andan obtain some new clues or informants.Practice has proved that the personnel re-lationship structure chart has certain practical application value in anti-terroris m prevention.
