Research On The Development Predicament Of Community Foundation

The community foundation,which originated in the western capitalist society,is a kind of public welfare organization which serves the specific area without profit.It has been more than 100 years since the founding of the first community foundation in the world.These organizations have become an indispensable force in the development of philanthropy.The first community foundation in China was established in 2008.As of February 2017,the community foundation registered by the Civil Affairs Department has reached 53.It plays an increasingly important role in the community governance in China.On the basis of the analysis of the development status of the community foundation in China and the United States,this paper selects the AH community foundation to carry out a more in-depth case study,from the value chain.Construction of "analysis community foundation value chain" model to study the relationship between stakeholder value chain and challenges,and on the basis of the experience of American community foundation development experience,put forward to improve service awareness,broaden the channel resources,establish communication platform specific proposal to expand the professional team.
