The Research On The Precision Of Social Assistance In The Context Of Accurate Poverty-relief

The poverty problem is always a problem that plagued the survival and development of human beings at all times and in all countries, with no exception whatsoever. In the current China, poverty is still a major problem restricting the development of China’s social and economic. In order to solve the problem of poverty, our country has put forward the concept of "accurate poverty-relief ". Under the guidance of this idea, China’s poor population has dropped significantly, the problem of poverty has been a good relief. In the process of eliminating poverty, social assistance is an important institutional arrangement, which plays an important role in the anti-poverty. After several decades of development, China’s social assistance system has been gradually established and perfected. However, the current implementation of the social assistance system in China is not ideal. In the background of "accurate poverty-relief", inspired by the concept of accurate poverty-relief, the author thinks that in order to promote the further development of China’s social assistance system, and promote social assistance to reach the ideal effect, we need to learn from the "precise" thought. As a result, the author makes a research on the precision of social assistance.Through the study of the relevant literature, I understood the meaning of "accurate poverty-relief" and "precision of social assistance", found the theoretical basis of the "precision of social assistance", constructed the analysis framework of "precision of social assistance". Taking Nanjing city as an example, this paper studies the basic situation of the social assistance system in Nanjing and the precision of social assistance in Nanjing; at the same time, this paper also studies the basic situation of the social assistance system in Sweden, Germany and the United States and the precision of social assistance in the three countries. Finally, based on the summary of relevant experience at home and abroad, combined with China’s specific national conditions, I put forward a number of policy recommendations to promote the accuracy of China’s social assistance.
