In recent years,as the proportion of the aging population has continued to rise,the aging degree of China's population has obviously accelerated,and the corresponding pension problem has gradually emerged.The current urgent need to solve the problem of increasingly serious pension,family pension in the traditional pension model because of the change of family structure and unsustainable,government and social organizations must be involved in the problems of the pension,let the family endowment service to give priority to with family,the community is complementary.The government's purchase of home-based care services has just been piloted in China,and regions have just begun to explore.The current results are not significant.Due to the government to buy home endowment service this behavior of the fundamental purpose is to solve the current new many-to-one family structure caused by the pension problem,the endowment services for the elderly to provide higher quality,more efficient home endowment service.Establishing a scientific and effective performance evaluation system is the quickest way to improve any public behavior and ensure the quality of government service.It is an important way to improve the rational and efficient allocation of the old-age service resources and to improve the quality and level of the old-age service.This paper takes Shenyang DN community research,on the basis of investigation and research for the government to buy home endowment service performance evaluation,put forward policy Suggestions,let the government to buy home endowment service can better development.The questionnaire survey method was adopted to obtain the data of service satisfaction of the elderly,the research of the institution,and the data of government procurement efficiency.Of both satisfaction and efficiency of data by using the DEA model by the government to buy the service efficiency and the elderly to performance analysis of home endowment service satisfaction,find out the government to buy home endowment service existing problems and reasons,put forward the improvement Suggestions.
