| All of the elderly hope to have a happy old age,based on the reality of the countryside,our country had to go to a combination way of family care and social security,to improve the well-being level of rural elderly people.This paper takes the family intergenerational support and rural elderly subjective well-being as the principal line,on the basis of reviewing the related literature at home and abroad research,then analyzes China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study data of 2015.First of all,we will conduct descriptive statistics on family intergenerational support and the subjective well-being of rural seniors in China to understand their development status and then from the support of the elderly parents give their children,and children of elderly parents support two angles,from the economic support and life care and spiritual consolation three aspects analysis,use the multivariate OLS and ordered Logit regression to determine the effect.Study found that the rural elderly now level of subjective well-being is a state of happiness,and intergenerational support had a great effect on subjective well-being of the elderly.In which the children provide financial support to their elderly parents influence improving subjective well-being,however,children’s care for the elderly parents do not enhance their sense of well-being,and their parents will enhance well-being by looking after grandchildren,and emotional communication will obviously promote the subjective well-being of elderly parents.Finally,based on the research results of family generation support for rural senior citizens’ subjective well-being,combined with the development of the pension industry under the current background of population aging in China,we will focus on the analysis of how to develop social society and the community’s old-age care services in the absence of family generation support to meet the elderly needs in rural areas and achieve the goal of improving their subjective well-being. |
