E-Government Of "Intelligent City" In Qingxiu District Of Nanning Research On Risk Management Of Platform Construction Project

The government of the QingXiu District of Nanning,through the development of the "intelligent city" e-government platform,guides the citizens to participate in and supervises the management of the city.With the help of the industrious hands of the citizens,the citizens are encouraged to find and report the problems of the management of the cities around them,and the common governance of the city is realized.Through the "wisdom Green Show" flat e-government platform,increase the publicity of urban construction and management,organize multi forms and normalization online activities,use legal norms,moral constraints,public opinion guidance and other means,standardize public behavior,improve the quality of civil civilization,and solve management problems.This paper is based on the construction project of the "smart city"e-government platform in Qingxiu District of Nanning.The full text is divided into five chapters:the first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background of the topic,the development of similar projects at home and abroad,the research situation of risk management at home and abroad,and also introduces the research methods and the framework of the paper.The second chapter is a brief introduction of the project,which mainly introduces the basic situation,construction background,necessity,objectives,contents and plans of the project.The third chapter is project risk identification.It mainly introduces risk identification method,project risk summary,and project risk analysis.The fourth chapter is the project risk assessment and response,mainly through the analytic hierarchy process of the identification and analysis of the project risk factors to sort,and the most harmful three risk factors put forward the coping methods.The fifth chapter is the conclusion,summarizing this article.At present,China is increasing the pace of urbanization construction.Through the research on the risk management of the construction project of"smart city" e-government platform by the government of the QingXiu District of Nanning,we provide a reference for the intelligent management of the new urban area.At the same time,we also hope that the urban residents can pass the similar e-government platform project to participate actively.Together with urban management,we should safeguard our own homeland.
