Research Government Response On The Interation Of Government And Public Based On The Television Politics

The nineteenth report of the communist party of China proposed to build a social governance pattern for building,managing,sharing together to improve the social governance system.It is in the context of the cooperation and collegiality that the television politics appearance.It has created an important platform for dialogue between officials and public.Television politics provide an interactive carrier for officials and public to carry on open and equal dialogue with all kinds of people's livelihood hot topic,and promote the rectification and implementation of the problem.It has created the conditions and space for the cooperative social governance pattern.The Political system theory refer to,the Political system must react to the outside world when the public has external pressure on it to maintain the balance between inside and outside.Actually,television politics is also a government response to the interaction between the government and the people.The public expressed their wishes and thoughts to the government through television programs,The questioned officials must also respond to the public's accountability and inquiries at the first time,in order to demonstrate the good image of the government and regulate public participation in politics.In recent years,TV politics has been a hot spot in the academic world.Most of them are concentrated in the academic media of journalism and communication.In the field of public administration,the study of TV politics has tended to explore the features,form and effectiveness of the program in promoting good governance,less involving civil-government interaction and government response.Therefore,this paper takes the government response to the public as the research perspective,use response theory and interaction theory,Taking Nanning TV "Commitment to the People-TV politics" as the research object,Recall the practical course of Nanning TV political program,it affirmed the achievements of Nanning TV asking government in response to the preliminary exploration,The paper point out that there are still some problems in Nanning TV politics program,such as limited content selection,weak subjective response ability,insufficient object participation,and the predicament of interaction between officials and citizens.By analyzing the causes of the problems and responding to the two major aspects of the subject and the object,then put forward proposals to improve the government's ability to respond to the public,and hope to provide reference value for the practice and use of television in other local TV stations.
