Communist Party of China is a party that attaches great importance to ideological and theoretical arming.In the historical process of the Chinese Communist Party for more than 90 years,our party has always insisted on relying on ideological and theoretical armaments to improve the level of Marxist theory of cadres and formed a fine political tradition.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),Comrade Xi Jinping,as General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee,has always attached great importance to armed education with the scientific theory of cadres,and carried out a series of ideological and theoretical education practice according to the development of the situation and tasks,and achieved good results.However,there is still a certain gap between the achievement of the ideological and theoretical education of the cadres and the goal to be achieved,and the ideological and theoretical education of cadres has yet to be further strengthened and improved.This article takes the ideological and theoretical education of cadres since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)as the research topic.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the ideological and theoretical education is facing the development of international,domestic and inner situations.Under the new development situation,strengthening the study of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics has become the primary task of the ideological and theoretical education of cadres.According to the new development of the situation and the task,the content of the ideological and theoretical education of the cadres has also changed.Through the basic theory education of Marxism,ideal and belief education,mass line education practice,"Three strict and three honest " special education improved the ideological and theoretical level of the cadres.The ideological and theoretical education of cadres has shown a problem that oriented cadres to carry out centralized education activities to the party's theoretical innovation for the ideological and theoretical education center content and other characteristics of cadres to accept the ideological and theoretical education is effective.Most cadres have a higher Understanding degree and high degree of recognition of Marxism,Mao Zedong Thought and The Theoretical System of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics.When affirming our achievements,we must also face up to the ideological and theoretical education of cadres,lack of learning motivation,theoretical learning atmosphere is not strong enough at the same time.And ideological differences,engineering contradictions,imperfect theoretical learning mechanism,insufficient educational and training funding are the main reason for the problem.In order to solve the problem of the ideological and theoretical education of the cadres,we can strengthen the style of study and stimulate the cadres to learn the theories,and we should give full play to the Party School,the Administrative College and the cadre college as the main channel function and perfect the ideological and educational safeguard mechanism of cadres to strengthen the theoretical study of cadres to provide internal and external security,so as to enhance the actual effect of cadres' ideological and theoretical education.
