Present Situation And Countermeasure Analysis Of Propaganda And Education Of Law In ZQ District

The provisions of "adhere to the universal law and rule of law as the foundation of long-term work" passed on "CPC on promoting a number of major issues of rule of law decision" on the Central Party’s Fourth Plenary Session of eighteenth made law propaganda a profound foundation of governing the country according to law,ruling according to law,administrating according to law,and an important cornerstone of establishing a law-based country,government,and society.From 1986 “the first five-year plan” to 2016 “the seventh five-year plan”,the rule of law education has experienced thirty years of development,and reached outstanding achievement.The author is engaged in many years of grassroots legal publicity and education work,deeply recognized that there are many problems in the methods,content and effect of the government-leading ways of implementing rule of law publicity education,whether organization or procedure.Considering this,the author wants to analyze grassroots legal work combined with the social practice.By combining with respect to grassroots initiative to strengthen top-level design,to explore comprehensively operational law publicity and education.This paper is divided into five parts,the first part of a large amount of relevant literature data,determine the research methods;the second part defines the concept of involved,put forward the goal and significance of the rule of publicity and education in the new period;on this basis,the third part of the rule of law publicity and education of ZQ are discussed,through a comprehensive inspection the literature,a profound summary of practical practice,describe the overall situation analysis of education law publicity and the historical evolution of China’s ZQ and the rule of law education;the fourth part mainly analyzes the existing problems of the rule of law publicity and education area ZQ.Using the questionnaire method,selecting ZQ Street(town),200 people in the school conducted a questionnaire survey,expecting to find the actual situation of the rule of law publicity and education,and combined with the ZQ rule of law publicity and education status,put forward the question.The fifth part focuses on the line with the actual needs of the era of new media development rule and the rule of law publicity objects in the background,to widen the scope of subject,expand the scope of propaganda,to the masses demand to carry out legal publicity and education,and measures to improve the operation mechanism of the media,to solve the existing problems and shortcomings of the rule of law education.
