great influence on the non party subjects;The party’s regulations reflect the advanced nature and purity of the party,and popularizing the inner party laws and regulations is conducive to enhancing the people’s support for the party’s leadership.The popularization of inner-party laws and regulations enables the people to understand the specific contents of violations of rules and disciplines by Party members and Party organizations and the channels for exercising supervision power,which is conducive to strengthening the people’s supervision over Party members and Party organizations;Some inner-party laws and regulations have a cross relationship and integrated relationship with national laws.The connection and coordination between inner-party laws and regulations and national laws require the popularization of inner-party laws and regulations in the process of law popularization.The popularization of inner-party laws and regulations takes the concept of governing the party according to regulations,the basic knowledge of inner-party laws and regulations and the party constitution as the universal content.This is because ruling the party according to regulations is the
