| As a new research direction,the protection and utilization of industrial heritage originated from the European and American countries which experienced the process of industrialization at the beginning of the 20 th century.As industrial heritage is the real carrier of recording industrial civilization and industrial culture,it is of great significance to study the development of industrial technology,protect traditional buildings and inherit historical context.However,due to the lack of protection consciousness,imperfect system,and inadequate market operation,some industrial heritages have been destroyed,damaged or even disappeared.Therefore,it is urgent to take effective measures to protect and reasonably utilize them.In the early period of liberation,Nanchang used to be an important manufacturing base of aviation industry,machinery manufacturing industry,textile industry and light industry in China.It made outstanding contributions to China’s industrialization process and retained a large number of industrial heritage with protection and utilization value.In this paper,Nanchang City Industrial Heritage as an example,through field investigation,analysis and evaluation,theoretical application and other means,put forward the corresponding protection and utilization strategy.First of all,the paper combs the industrial development process of Nanchang,and through field investigation,makes a general survey,records and Analysis on the existing status of Nanchang industrial heritage.Based on this,it considers the scientific and effective path of industrial heritage protection.Then,through the establishment of a set of industrial heritage value evaluation system in line with the actual situation of Nanchang,the industrial heritage protection and comprehensive utilization value of the city are reasonably quantified.Finally,the paper puts forward the suggestions of industrial heritage protection and utilization strategies from the macro and micro perspectives,and analyzes them with specific cases.Compared with the previous studies in this field,most of the researches focused on specific industrial heritage projects.This paper has some innovation in the research perspective and research content,and has certain reference value for the protection and utilization of urban industrial heritage. |
