A Study Of Zhou Shaohua's Going To The Stars Series And My Painting Process

Going to the Stars series was another masterpiece of Zhou Shaohua after completing these three motifs of "Yellow River,Yangtze River,and Sea".With his grand view of the universe and time and space,he drew a series of brilliant wonders of the universe.It was not only a breakthrough in his artistic career,but also provided more possibilities for the development of Chinese ink painting.This paper mainly studied Zhou Shaohua's Going to the Stars series by the method of induction and comparison.This paper also recorded the author's painting process.It was divided into three chapters.In the first chapter,the author summarized the creation and era significance of Going to the Stars series.In the second chapter,the author analyzed the Going to the Stars series in detail from the five aspects of subject selection,composition method,picture structure,color ink language and spiritual connotation.In the third chapter,the author sorted out his artistic conception and the creation of The Wandering Earth series.At the same time,the author used The Wandering Earth series to indicate the fate of human beings,and express his concern about the survival crisis and future destiny of human beings.
