Chinese function words have abstract meanings,flexible and complex usages,which are difficult for foreign learners to learn and use.They are also the key and difficult points in TCFL.In order to solve this problem,the predecessors have compiled some reference books suitable for foreign learners,and explained the function words which are easy to be misled and confused.However,we found that there are still some bibliographies about the function words learning,such as the use object is not clear,the compilation basically only lists the meaning of words and examples,and some bibliographies’ interpretation language comparison terminology words Because of the lack of pertinence,it is not helpful to foreign learners or teachers of Chinese as a foreign language.In view of this situation,this paper takes 201 cases of explanation of grammar in teaching Chinese as a foreign language,practical modern Chinese grammar and practical grammar in teaching Chinese as examples,taking the compilation of function words as the research object,and compares the compilation types,compilation styles,selection of function words and the compilation of function words in the three reference books Interpretation,examples of function words and the corresponding exercises of function words summarize the Compilation Characteristics of function words in the three reference books.In terms of the compilation style of function words,this paper mainly compares and analyzes the compilation types,characteristics and styles of the currently published reference books for grammar learning of TCFL,and preliminarily sums up the Compilation Characteristics of the reference books;in terms of the selection of function words,it mainly makes statistical analysis of the selection types and numbers of function words in the three reference books,and at the same time,it is in line with the outline of Chinese level vocabulary and Chinese character level The purpose of the comparative analysis of the syllabus of the new Chinese proficiency test is to investigate whether the function words in the three reference books are selected properly.Finally,the corresponding suggestions are put forward for the selection of the function words in the three reference books.In terms of the definition of the function words,the content,mode and language of the function words in the three reference books are mainly compared and analyzed,and the characteristics of the function words in the three reference books are summarized.Finally,the function words are defined Put forward corresponding suggestions;in the aspect of function word examples,the paper mainly makes statistics and comparative analysis of the number,type and sentence of the three reference books’ function word interpretation examples,aiming to inspect whether the number of function word examples is appropriate,whether the sample types are rich,and whether the sample sentences are appropriate;in the aspect of supporting practice of function words,it mainly makes statistics and comparative analysis of the number of practice of the three reference books In this paper,the author analyzes the types of exercise questions and discusses the corresponding degree between the types of exercise questions and the explanation of grammar points.At last,this paper makes a questionnaire survey on the foreign learners from the aspects of the compilation style,selection,interpretation,examples and supporting exercises of the function words.Combined with the analysis and research of the questionnaire survey,the following suggestions are put forward for the compilation of the reference book for learning Chinese function words as a foreign language: first,the needs of the users of the reference book should be clarified;second,the pertinence and practicality of the compilation style of the reference book should be strengthened Thirdly,we should select the common function words;fourthly,we should pay attention to the simplicity and popularity of the content and language of the function word interpretation;fifthly,we should strengthen the intuitiveness of the model of the function word interpretation;sixthly,we should pay attention to the life and communication of the examples of the function word interpretation;fifthly,we should pay attention to the diversity of the supporting practice of the function word interpretation.At the same time,according to the above suggestions,we try to write a sample of the entries of the function words learning reference book.
