This article is a study on the construction and provision of village public goods in villages since the reform and opening up.Under the theme of cultural resources to governance resources,this article focuses on the exploration and analysis of theconcept and practice of the northern clan after the reform and opening up,and also on how the clan in the village has affected the construction and provision of village public goods Were studied.In this article,we will combine these phenomena to make a political analysis of village politics.After a series of political movements after the founding of New China,the domestic clan organizations were hit and weakened and collapsed.However,with the deepening of reform and opening up,new changes are constantly taking place in the countryside.The people's com mune system in the village gradually disintegrated in the wave of reform and opening up and was eventually abolished.All orders in the rural tradition are also facing all these changes.Before the reform and opening up,the old order in the c ountryside and the traditional clan and clan consciousness were greatly affected.However,with the deepenin g of reform and opening up in recent years,the state has gradually relaxed the management of society,and the clan consciousness in the rural areas of North China has gradually recovered,so the clan consciousness will show it in the construction of public utilities in some villages.Role,which shows that the clan still has a certain influence.In the current rural areas,the clan can be used as a social capital to integrate the power inside and outside the village and expand the relationship between the village and the outside village.It can still play a role in breaking the dilemma of collective action,solving the free rider phenomenon,and providing assistance for village construction.In addition to the positive effects,it is therefore necessary to face up to the positive effects that the clan can bring.The author obtains survey data on the current situation of the countryside through extensive literature research and interviews.After analyzing the data,this article believes that although the clan has signs of revival in the tide of the times,it cannot eventually be restored to an organized and institutional structure.He will only be a cultural concept for a long time.Through the role of culture to narrow mutual trust between people,it has become an important force to help village construction.The blood ties of the village have formed cultural power.ultural power has become the dominant and medium that gathers various forces inside and outside the village,forming a situation of pluralistic co-governance in the rural society.The cultural resources eventually change into the governance capital of the village,which is expressed in the form of rural politics and determines the structure and distribution of the governance resources.Ultimately,this governance resource provides the village public welfare,so that the villagers generally benefit.In this article,when the village elites in the survey conducted faced with insufficient resources for public construction,they chose to use the clan to mobilize the forces inside and outside the village in order to complete the purpose of raising resources.Through research,this paper:finds that the clan has many influences in the countryside,and the biggest role is his cultural role.This article will analyze the clan's cultural role and its methods through a variety of research methods from the perspective of public goods supply.The impact on many aspects of the village is to guide the clan culture in the process of modernization by recognizing the history of the clan and the signs of revival now,and promote the clan to adapt to the socialist society.
