The great Russian musician Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky has created a large number of excellent works in his life,of which six symphonies and one programmatic symphony with the title "Manfred Symphony Op.58" occupy a prominent position. His excellent works are inseparable from his life’s emotional experience and personality. As the composer of "The Three Ballets",compared with other composers,Tchaikovsky’s famous "tragedy Trilogy"-the fourth, fifth and sixth symphonies not only have the characteristics of tragedy and fantasy. This paper is divided into three chapters. The author takes Tchaikovsky’s Symphony No.4 in f minor as an example to analyze the characteristics of dance of Tchaikovsky’s symphony, and uses the fragments of his famous ballet to prove it.At the same time, the author makes a deep study of its conducting art processing on the basis of the choreographic analysis of the work, and provide a unique perspective for conducting learners.
